How to install Floppy drivers:

1.  Plug in the drive and the Found New Hardware wizard should pop up.
2.  Search for the drivers and check Specify location.
3.  Browse to the location where the drivers where saved and extracted.
4.  The wizard should find the drivers and install.
5.  Use My Computer, or Windows Explorer to access the floppy drive.

If you are not getting the Found New hardware wizard, try different USB ports
Or go in to the Device Manager (right-click My Computer,left-click Properties)
and remove any unknown or other devices, and then it should pop up after you 
Refresh.
